I doubt you want to do this. Since it's mostly hardware related troubleshooting we have focused on, a reinstall could potentially be causing bigger problems. One of my bigger concerns is that the Nvidia GPU may become unusable altogether that you can only rely on the Intel GPU.
Right now you have drivers installed, I would not be surprised if you wouldn't be able to install said drivers again after a reinstall. You'd not be the first to experience bigger problems than you initially had after a reinstall if my suspicion turns out to be true. I've seen it go very south after a reinstall more times than I can count when there's a focus on hardware related troubleshooting.
