Hi Sysnative community,
I just received a BSOD without noticing. Only my boot time was increased but the BIOS time was the same as usual.
I checked for the dumps and there was the MEMORY.dmp and a minidump
Yet I know what caused this crash and I hope this is a one-time crash, although my previous BSOD without noticing on boot is from 2 months back.
The reason why I post is that I would want to know what is actually happening. This is why I have added a link of my onedrive to the MEMORY.dmp file.
My OS is 8.1 x64, Windows 8 was pre-installed on my laptop but I like Windows 8.1 more.
I purchased it online, in may 2013.
I recently have changed the battery because the previous one was failing.
A few months back I purchased an SSD: Crucial MX200 250GB and have put it in the place of the HDD.
The original HDD has been replaced last year due to failure as has the network card and the fan. I am currently having an HDD caddy containing the HDD in the place of the dvd player where the HDD.
My processor is an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3537U CPU @ 2.00GHz, 2501 MHz, 2 core('s), 4 logic processor(s)
My main video card is an Intel HD Graphics 4000, there is also an AMD Radeon HD 8730M which I can't use because installing its drivers and software fails. This simply makes I have switchable GPU's, but switching is not possible. I have no idea why but I don't really care anymore.
My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15R 5521
NOTE: running the perfmon /report command gives an error
