2025-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5050021) - Install error - 0x800705b9

Hi All,

I've been trying to nut this out for couple of days now, but it is beyond my ability to solve.

I have tried the following:

SFC - (Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.)
DISM - (Failed - Error: 0x800f081f) (Also tried DISM after Manually downloading of 23h2 ISO - Same Error)
Restarting Windows Update (nothing changed)
Running the Windows Update Troubleshooter (nothing changed)
Tried to install in-place upgrade(keeps failing around 80% of installation)
Can no longer boot into Safe-mode (just keeps looping in Diagnostic Mode and cannot fix error)

Win11 Home US
Version: 23H2
Build: 22631.4317

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
