3 Win 2019 servers sfc scan fails - hash mismatch win defender powershell modules

Hello,

I have 3 Win2019 servers that are failing to patch and apply windows updates and sfc and dism scans have issues

All 3 servers appear to have the same issue in the CBS.log with the file hashes for these windows defender powershell module files as described here: SFC flags Windows Defender PowerShell module files as corrupted - Windows Client

Attached are the 3 CBS Logs and component.

Wondering if you guys can help me out fixing windows update on these
