A few days ago my "Turn Windows features on or off" list stopped showing anything, so I ran SFC & SURT and made sure all windows services were on. SFC found files it could not fix, so I looked more into that and eventually found SFCFix recommended by some people. And now I'm here, I ran it and it found alot of corrupted files and that has now directed me here to look for help. I've attached SFCFix.txt alongside the SURT and CBS logs, any help fixing these files would be greatly appreciated as reinstalling Windows would be very annoying. Thank you all in advance.

Hello and welcome,

Export registry as hive
  • Click on the Start button and in the search box, type regedit
  • When you see regedit on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
  • When regedit opens, using the left pane, navigate to the following registry key and select it by clicking on it once.
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing

  • Once selected, click File > Export....
  • Change the Save as type: to Registry Hive Files (*.*).
  • Name this file ComponentBasedServicing (with no file extension) and save it to your Desktop.
  • Right-click on the saved file and choose Send To -> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
  • Attach the .ZIP file to your next post.
  • If the file is too large to upload here, please upload to Gofile or WeTransfer and just provide the downloadlink here.

Note: Your antivirus program may report FRST incorrectly as an infection. If so, disable the real-time protection when downloading and running FRST.
  2. Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.
  3. Right-click on FRST64.exe and select "Run as administrator".
  4. Press the Fix button.
  5. The tool will now process fixlist.txt.
  6. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  7. When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
  8. Attach the logfile Fixlog.txt to your next reply.

Step 2:
Start the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) again.
On completion, attach the logfile C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log to your next reply.

It would seem it failed to delete 4 registry entries. I can see them in regedit.exe, should I delete them manually?
