Hi there,
System: Win 7, SP1, x64
9C59 error presented itself when trying to upgrade to IE10 from IE11 via windows update
I followed all the relevant MS KB articles to attempt to troubleshoot this, meeting all system requirements, checking all pre required updates in place, compatible graphics card etc. Still 9C59
I then uninstalled the IE10 update from Programs and Features, restarted and then also uninstalled the IE9 update so I am now back at IE8.
When I tried to update to IE11, I received the same 9C59 error.
I then stumbled upon the Check SUR utility and ran it. It took over 20 minutes and looking at the log, 1 error was fixed and 309 CSI missing deployment key errors weren't.
I'm not sure where to go from here :banghead: and would greatly appreciate your expertise and help. :thumbsup2:
I attempted to upload/attach my compressed CBS folder, unfortunately it didn't seem to want to upload. Perhaps due to it's relatively large 44MB (zipped!) size ? If the size shouldn't be an issue, I will try again, if the size is an issue perhaps you can let me know which specific log files you need and I can upload/attach them seperately ? Screenshot of contents of CBS folder below:
Many thanks
Tom
