There's no indication of the "stuck" thread, we'll need a MEMORY.DMP to proceed any further, please go this to this directory:
[code]C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP[/code]
Place the file into a zipped folder and then upload to a file sharing site such as SkyDrive or Dropbox. Make sure the file is uploaded to the Public folder of your account, and then post a link to the file in your next post.
It's best to stop any MEMORY.DMPs from being overwritten, by adjusting the settings via Computer and the steps shown below:
