Havent had any issures lately though, its just that R5 M320 Dual Graphics is installed instead of 8670M even though its the same card.

122.1°C  Wow! If accurate, that's certainly not good. Since you have Speccy, you might want to verify temps with it. Even that 77°C is more than I like to see.

ooo yeah, my cpu gets hot at times, need to open up and clean out the dust in the vents. Though it doesnt feel like 120C when I touch it. Speccy hovers around 100-120 as well. how would you suggest keeping my laptop cool?

Cleaning out the heat trapping dust is essential. Are the fans spinning? If so, you may need to look at a professional cleaning, unless you feel comfortable doing some deeper disassembly. Contrary to what some believe, TIM (thermal interface material) does not wear out or need regular replacing so replacing the TIM is not something I normally recommend UNLESS the cured bond between the heatsink and CPU has been broken. Then replacing the TIM is absolutely essential.

Heres after cleaning dust, significant improvement, but I suppose still higher than that 77 threshold you talked about

I ask again, are the fans spinning?

You may need to look into a Notebook Cooling Pad w/ext. power supply. Powering the pad's fans with an external power supply (instead of through the notebook's USB port) does not increase the demands (and thus, generated heat!) on the notebook's battery and/or power circuits.

Sadly, in the interest of keeping their pads light (notebooks are primarily for "road-warriors", after all), pads with external power supplies are often hard to find so you may need a notebook cooling pad like this one then use a small, lightweight USB wall-charger/adapter to power it.
