It shouldn't hurt to let it run and if some glitches happen during the trace it might be helpful to have a look. As far as an audio trace I might ask you to try something else depending on if the glitches also happen while playing media.
First, though, I've seen many systems have a variety of problems when they are overclocked. From the speccy report I see your memory is set for DDR4-3200 which is technically an overclock of your CPU's integrated memory controller. The highest setting officially supported by Intel for i7 8700K is DDR4-2666. Have you already tried the DDR4-2666 setting to see if the problems continue?
