Well, the problem will present itself all of the time with any discord notification sound be it a direct message tone, a server tone, the push to talk tone, voip will start to crackle. I cant say i notice it with media on my pc (music) although i could try test this , i mainly use web based media, however it is sporadic, one boot up/restart it will be there straight away, other times it could take all day to materialise ( apart from discord this will do it without fail and be pretty bad ). Somtimes its bad, other times you hardly notice it. it will do it on games. but i almost always have network based programs open at the same time.
Im willing to try what ever needs to be done to get to the bottom of it.
