Audio is freezing / turning off with very quick click

Hi guys. I created account to get help with this.

My audio is freezing / turning off with very quick click or sometimes without it after some time of using computer (Ableton Live or just surfing through the web and listening to music). Im using the latest drivers for everything and my soundcard is Focusrite Scarlett Solo (before was Native Instruments Audio 8 DJ, and problem was the same). I disabled motherboard audio in BIOS.

SETUP:
MSI H97M-E35
Intel i5-4460 3.20ghz
HDD SAMSUNG HD103SJ
HDD SAMSUNG HD161HJ
SSD Plextor PX-128M6S
Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB, DIMM,1600MHz, DDR3, CL9, XMP,Non-ECC, with Heatsink



please help me, i wrote about this on couple forums, client supports etc. and no one can help me.

PS: I have everything setup for optimized audio processing ( for example Optimising your PC for audio on Windows 7 – Focusrite Audio Engineering )

When did it stop working? Did it work when first installed? If yes, then did it STOP working when new drivers were installed?
