Ever since what happened in my title, I have been experiencing Memory_Management BSODs when restarting the PC. After getting it back to the shop with a new SSD as the boot drive, I've also been experiencing Kernel Security Check Failure and Error driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (athwn.sys) BSODs while actively using my PC.

Error driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (athwn.sys) BSODs while actively using my PC.
MotherBoard: ASRock B450 Steel Legend

It seems like your MoBo doesn't have a Wireless LAN device.
That driver is for wi-fi: if you don't have a wi-fi lan device, you should remove it.
If you have added a wi-fi lan device to your MoBo, you could try to update its driver.

Please perform the following additional steps:

1) Open administrative command prompt (ACP) and type or copy and paste:
2) sfc /scannow
3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
5) sfc /scannow
6) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
7) wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType = 7
8) wmic recoveros get autoreboot
9) wmic recoveros get DebugInfoType
10) bcdedit /enum {badmemory}

11) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

12) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
chkdsk /r /v
This may take hours to run so plan to run overnight.
Run on all drives using the syntax: chkdsk /r /v C: or chkdsk /r /v D: changing the drive letter to the applicable drive.

C:\Windows\system32>chkdsk /r /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

Type: Y
reboot

13) Use the information in this link to find the chkdsk report in the event viewer.
Copy and paste into notepad > save to desktop > p13ost into the thread using a one drive, drop box, or google drive share link:

14) Run HD Tune (free version) (all drives)

Post images into the thread for results on these tabs:
a) Health
b) Benchmark
c) Full error scan

15) Run Sea Tools for Windows
long generic test
Post an image of the test result into the thread

16) Run Memtest86 version 8.4 (or newer version if available) for four passes.
Repeat the test so that eight passes are performed.

Use a camera or smart phone camera to take pictures and post images into the thread.
In case there are any problems uploading images use share links (one drive, drop box, or google drive)

Memtest86 has a feature to produce a text report.
Please post this in addition to the images.

17) Turn off Windows fast startup:

18) Open device manager > click view > click show hidden devices > manually expand all rows > look for any row displaying a black exclamation mark or unknown device > post images into the thread

Hello, thanks for your reply

I have installed the 64bit INF file, 10.0.3.456. For the Qualcomm Atheros Wi-Fi Driver
and Installed all the drivers through amd_chipset_software_2.10.13.408.exe
I attempted to update Win10 through the application you recommended, but I received a "Page Fault in Nonpaged Area" BSOD while updating after the restart. I think the updated has been aborted
I have then updated my BIOS to 3.50 according to the instruction on their website

I do have a TP-Link TL-WN881ND device added to my MoBo.

The BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (athw10x.sys) just occured. athw10x.sys is the updated Wi-Fi driver if I'm not mistaken
If you have got TL-WN881ND V2, the link for the driver is here: Download for TL-WN881ND | TP-Link (you can choose the language near your location, because it seems something could be different by region).
I just checked the box, I think I have TL-WN881ND V1. Which according to the website, only supports up to win8.1. Could this be a reason for the BSOD?

I have not gone through all of zbook's advice, will report back afterwards.

Then, try to install V1.
If it won't work, try to disabile it and in the meanwhile use the ethernet cable - wired LAN.
The only drivers available are for 32bit & 64bit WinXP, WinVista, Win7 and Win8. Which one should I choose? In the meantime, I'll try to look for a LAN cable.

2) It reported that corrupted files had been found and that it was repaired.
This is different from my previous attempts which told me that corrupted files was found but couldn't be repaired. Could this change be due to updating through windows assistant?
A BSOD still occurred afterwards (this was before updating my Wi-Fi drivers)
redid 2) for good measure

I hadn't had the time to complete the rest yet since I'll need my PC for the next week or so. Will complete those when I have the time.

So far no BSODs in a few days though, hopes up.
Thanks to all of you who've helped me so far

These steps / tests can be performed overnight:
a) Chkdsk /r /v
b) HD Tune full error scan
c) Sea Tools for Windows long generic test
d) Memtest86 version 8.4

For all steps / tests please post images into the thread.
For any problems posting images please use share links: one drive, drop box, or google drive

It seems you didn't install the TL-WN881ND V1 driver athw8x.sys.
The BSODs and the logs still show athw10x.sys.
My bad, I installed using the inf file but it didn't override the athw10x.sys.

I installed it through the Device Manager this time. I checked and it should be the right driver now.
Here's the logs.

I have experienced another memory_management BSOD recently while restarting my PC, I seldom shut down or restart my PC so I'm not sure if the BSODs is still persistent or just a fluke.

I've attached another zip file for the FileCollectionApp.

I've also just noticed that I had to publish my System Info using Speccy. So, here's the link for that:
http://speccy.piriform.com/results/OkdjEyn4ovpQaskOel3NDXx

I also wish to apologize to zbook for not finishing all of your requests. I was really busy with Uni work so I didn't have the time to do things that would require me to not use my PC.
