As VirGnarus says, Driver Verifier is probably your best bet.
That being said - if you want a quicker resolution and don't mind doing a bit of trial and error there are a few programs you could try uninstalling now.
First to try are the Gigabyte series of programs you have - "Easy Tune 6" etc. - I have seen them cause this kind of issue before, and you can definitely run your PC without them.
