having issue viewing specific info, such as video card since I can't since I can't access system info (wmi files may be missing)
All my issues starting on June 18, when I noticed I had no sound, went into control panel and my 1st 4 icons were blank, (administrator being one) and I couldn't access device manager, event viewer (mmc cannot initialize the snap-in event viewer CLSID: FX: {b05566ad-fe9c-4363-be05-7a4cbb7cb510}), windows updates. looks like an issue among many, tried a some fixes and am not getting anywhere after 3 days.
any help would be very helpful.
