That one is the same as the first the performance monitor html file only.
Is the BSOD_Windows7_Vista_v2.64_jcgriff2_.exe program completing and closing all by itself?
Manually check the C:\Windows\Minidump folder for any .dmp files if there are any compress them(zip them up) and attach.
