Stephen, I had another BSOD this morning, i followed your instructions above but i do not see a minidump folder in windows/temp. I typed in minidump on the start menu and there is a minidump folder located in firefox/profiles/aurrvt2j.default/minidump, but it is empty. Would it be called something else in the temp folder? I have not done any cleaning since you said not to. Haven't heard from anyone since Monday, I know you are all busy and I really appreciate any help. Thanks much!
