Hi Richard, results from my memtest, I did 9 passes, 0 errors.

The CLSID error message is below, this was when i reinstalled my BB desktop manager, and it basically said the same thing when I tried to repair outlook (both issue with BB and outlook happened when all the other stuff appeared to not working), the installation to oulook basically said the same thing. When i went to the registry editor to look at that particular key, i clicked on it to try and change permissions, but it would allow me to even view (An error is preventing this key from being opened in registry.[FONT=&quot]Permissions the requested security info is either unavailable or can’t be displayed), so i tried to open several keys above that one and below that one, there must of been 50+ keys that all said about the same thing. CLSID error when installing BB and outlook:

error 1406 could not write value to key |CLSID\{cd5da7be=393d-422c-818c-1273327c23c5}\inprocserver32. verify you have sufficient access to that ke y.
