I see a few issues going on here.
The first one, a lack of free space. Particularly the free space available on your C:\ partition on which Windows is installed. Right now, due to insufficient free space, when Windows crashes it's unable to save all diagnostics onto the disk. This also prevents Windows from doing other background stuff like overall maintenance, so you get notified if something's off.

Looking at msinfo32 in the programs list, I see this can be a cause for security and stability issues. I saw that Malwarebytes is also installed. You should remove all these programs and keep only one of them, if you paid for one of them you can keep that one installed. Having multiple antivirus programs installed may seem smart, but it's counterintuitive because it causes conflicts which you (as in the average user) experience as problems like BSOD crashes, slow performance, or other errors.
