Do you use a Smart Card device?
ssdpsrv - Simple Service Discovery Protocol Service is used to detect USB devices when plugged in.
UPNPhost - Universal Plug and Play host.
You can stop each of these services in in task manager to see which(if any ) is causing the CPU usage.
