Well, the SURT log did not find any corruptions!

Are you able to do the in-place install of Windows 7 or 10?

no haven't tried to do repair will upgrade to windows 10 later can you explain if possible this error in this part of the log of cbs when the pc starts I also enclose the full log as an attachment , strange how the surt repaired 2 errors but did not log them

ok thanks for the info, still cant do repair/upgrade gets stuck at%0 gathering files and etc. will back need files later and maybe do new install the upgrade to windows 10 thanks baz

Installations can take time, so could you start the installer overnight, and see if it is still at 0% at gathering files in the morning?
