Hello!

I have problem with Windows Server 2019. I cannot update, when I refresh Server Manager, there is error "Cannot get event data". Whole system looks like its destroyed. But users not affected, every services (MSSQL, softwares) works.

I have just done all the steps from Posting Instructions.

When I noticed the problem for the first time, I tried SFC, DISM (with RestoreHealth and also CleanupMetadata parameters) several times. I tried to manually download specific KB and install, but it fails. I also download the updated ISO and tried the DISM with /Source parameter. I don't know what to do more and I will appreciate any advices.

Thank you very much.

Hi,

thank you for your fix. I appreciate your time.
I attached the SFCFix.log and a new CBS log, because the DISM failed again.

Code:
C:\Windows\system32>DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.17763.5830

Image Version: 10.0.17763.5830

[==========================100.0%==========================]
Error: 2

The system cannot find the file specified.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log
