Cannot restore source files with dism and sfcfix (error 0x800f0906)

Hello and thank you! I apologize for the late reply. It says it has successfully repaired .NET Framework and asks to retry .NET installation that was failing
 
The problem with vpn is still present and sfc /scannow cannot restore some files. Please find the cbs.log attached
