Can't install any update on Windows 11 0x80071a91

Good Day,

I've been struggeling for months now to get any update on my PC working and is showing me the Error in the Title. I tried updating via Installation media (then Error 0xC1900101 - 0x30018) or when tried to reset Windows Update I did
Del “%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat” --> File not found.
sfc /scannow cant be executed.
Then when I do DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth it keeps being stuck for quite some time at 62,3%.
After that it throws Error 6801.

The Components Scanner doesnt find anything.

I also attatched the CBS folder. It would be great if somebody could help me in any way.
