Have you considered that driver booster might be causing the problems?
I never believe in running 3rd party driver programs. The safe way is to look on Asus' site for your model and only load drivers from there. Drivers rarely need updating.
I also don't run any Iobit programs. About 9 years ago, Malwarebytes accused the company of stealing MBAM's intellectual property on Iobit's malware detection program. Seems they were using MBAM's engine to detect malware.
