Thanks, there is two notable security programs which could potentially be causing problems, especially since it works from Safe Mode. Before we remove anything, let's try a clean boot first and then see if chkdsk works. Otherwise, it may wise to completely remove Emnisoft and Malwarebytes (use MBAM removal tool) and then test again.
