zbook - I'm on step #3 of the information you requested. I understand this might take a few hours. Am I correct in thinking this will run in the background and I can do other things on my computer in the meantime?By the way, when i started this step it asked if I wanted to install "Hotfix for Windows (KB947821). I answered "Yes." It hung on "Initializing Installation for 15 minutes and I cancelled it. I didn't think it should take that long just to initialize the installation. Is that okay?
