Hi softwaremaniac, so sorry for the late reply.

The system file corruption is gone and the only issue that remains is the Bluetooth driver registry problem. I reinstalled it and it produced over 600 MsiInstaller warnings.

As a test, I just downloaded and installed the webcam driver Camera_Cyberlink_1.5.2108.00_W7x64_A.zip and it installed without any errors or warnings so it may be an issue with the Bluetooth driver and I am inclined to ignore it as it is just a warning not an error.
