upgrade restarted...

A preview update of May this year is the cause of all the corruptions, so I would try to perform an in-place-upgrade again with the 23H2 iso. If it fails again, try to perform the in-place-upgrade without an internet connection.

Hi, in place reinstallation from windows update failed.
Is there is difference here with reinstalling from a downloaded iso (from mediacreator for example).
I have atteched the CBS log.
Thanks

Hi,

Which method did you use now, one of the recovery options from the settings screen?
Yes, a repair install with the ISO is a bit different, so I would use that option and with a disconnected internet connection.

Hi Maxstar, I launched from the windows update screen, and not the recovery option.
Should I try next the recovery install with the option of keeping the installed applications ?
Thanks

Hi,

I downloaded the ISO, mounted it and launched the reinstall disconnected from internet.

The install failed again..

2. It looks like Syncthing is the issue of the rollback, so I would suggest to remove this application and then try the in-place-upgrade again.
