Is it the same as debugging a physical server?

Getting a lot of errors

Normally I'd do that but this is for a client on a production server. I'm just curious about debugging a Hyper V server and whether or not it's the same as debugging a physical server. Also, I have WinDBG 10.0.16299.91 -- is that ok for Server 08 R2 - Build 7601 (Hyper-V VM)?

It should be, but the version of the tool matters. That's why I want to see the dumps and assist.

Try running Driver Verifier - see if it flags any 3rd party drivers - Driver Verifier - BSOD related - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 + Vista
