Hi, I've been fighting with this for a while and have been unsuccessful at resolving the issue. Defender install from server manager just fails.
SFC says all is well
DISM check command hung at 83%
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth fails with error 1734 array bounds are invalid
CBS log shows corruption error after failed Defender install (CBS log attached):

ran wusa /uninstall /KB:5030213 - says it isn't installed (it is, I checked)
I downloaded Farbar Recovery scan tool and ran it searching the registry for KB5030213 (log file attached)
Not sure where to go from here, any assistance would be appreciated.
