Hi Maxstar,

I have seen that you have solved this problem many times. As an attachment you find my cbs.log.

The cbs log says:
Failed to load Core DLL from path: .../cbscore.dll [HRESULT = 0x800703e6 - ERROR_NOACCESS]

Can you provide a solution to this problem?

Many thanks.

Hi,

Step 1. Download
67139f7e69a58-SFCFix-ico.PNG
SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.
  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.
Code:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

Hi Maxstar,

In the meantime I had run an update from windows pro 21H1 (10.0.19043.1706) to 22H2 (10.0.19045) using windows update function after the first fix.

Believe it or not, the update was successful.

The fix updated the cbscore.dll and all the other files in that folder and in addition managed the registry.

Somehow I escaped from the windows pro 21H1 lock-in with all the consequences.

You and your team have done an excellent job.

Amazing it works!.

I consider donating Sysnative platform.

Many thanks once again.
