I connected my Pioneer mixer with laptop using usb cable. Laptop has freshly installed win11 with drivers from Lenovo website. I installed Tiktok Studio to launch live session. After playing music for about 1.5hrs I started to have problems with sound. I hear sound perfect on my speakers all the time. Speakers are connected directly to stereo receiver and to mixer. The sound during my "live" is bad, completely bad after 1.5hrs. There is no gaps, pops or clicks. It is completely distorted sound as if you hear radio station which is too far.
So... I hear it fine but people listening to my music hear it really bad.
I updated drivers on laptop, reinstalled windows11 but nothing has changed.
I found one solution.
If I simply unplug usb cable from the mixer and immidiately plug it back the sound is back and it is perfect again.
So... overheating shouldn't be the reason becayae the problem is gone after doing it.
I contacted Pioneer custoner service.
They told me to download and start LatencyMon for 15min.
I did 5 tests. Every one finished differently. Some tests showed no oroblem with real audio. Some showed message; take a look on attached picture.
