Does not allow deleting roles and features Windows Server 2016

I have a W2016 server and I'm trying to remove the Active Directory Domain Services role. I get error 0x800f0831
In the CBS log it says the following 2024-10-30 20:27:39, Info CBS Mark store corruption flag because of package: Package_2840_for_KB5019964~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.8. [HRESULT = 0x800f0831 - CBS_E_STORE_CORRUPTION]
I have run
DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /SCANHEALTH
DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /CHECKHEALTH
DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /RESTOREHEALTH
Sfc /Scannow
All correct, but the error persists

Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop:

• Open the startmenu and type the command cmd.
• After you find the Command Prompt, right click on it and select Run as Administrator.
• Copy and paste the following into the Command Prompt and press enter.

reg load HKLM\COMPONENTS C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\COMPONENTS

Right-click on the file FRST64.exe and choose Run as administrator.

• Copy and paste the following (code) into the Search box and click the Search Registry button.
