Error (0x80073701) when installing CU Update KB5049983 in Windows Server 2022

Hello Guys!

Im trying to install the latest CU update from a Server 2022 but getting error message (0x80073701). I have ran sfc /scannow, DISM command, there were no errors found. I ran Component Analyzer, no issue found. But looking at CBS log, there are missing package. I need your expertise on this issue! Let me know if you need additional info.
