Error Code 0x80080005 When Opening Windows Store and Event Viewer Errors

Every time I try to open the Windows store, I get the 0x80080005 error code. When I checked out my Event Viewer, there were three problems that
keep coming up every few seconds. Not sure if they have anything to do with the Windows Store problem. I have attached my CBS Log and the Event
Viewer errors that are continually happening

I ran the Apps Troubleshooter and this was the result:
Some security settings are missing or have been changed Not fixed
Windows Store cache may be damaged Not fixed
Windows Store configuration may be damaged Detected

Can you please upload the follow event log? If you like can you please use the following tool:

Event Log Viewer

Please download VEW.exe from Here and save it to your desktop.
Go to your desktop and right click on VEW.exe and choose Run as Administrator
Once open set the following settings
- 'Select log to query'
  1. Tick Application
  2. Tick System
- 'Select Type to list'
  1. Tick Critical
  2. Tick Error
  3. Tick Information
  4. Tick Warning
- 'Number or date events'
  1. Tick Number of Events and set it to 20
Click on Run
Once completed a notepad file will open. Please copy and paste the contents of VEW.txt back into this thread.

Really sorry for the delay in responding to this thread.

This can be a sign of a corrupt profile, can you please enable the hidden admin account for Windows 8. Log into the hidden admin account and try the Windows Store.

No problem about the delay. Anyways, I did what you told me to. When I went to the Windows Store I received the message "Store can't be opened using the Built-In Administrator account. Sign in with a different account and try again."

Download Mirror #1

Disable all anti-virus and anti-malware software to prevent them inhibiting OTL in any way. If you are unsure how to do this, see THIS.
Double-click OTL.exe to run it.
Set every option to None -> Except for Services please set Services to All
Click Run Scan to start OTL.
When OTL finishes scanning, OTL.txt will open.
Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this logs into your next post please.

Honestly, you might be better of doing a refresh install here. If you do a refresh install you shouldnt loose any personal files.

I have a Samsung Series 5 15.6" Notebook - NP550P5C and Windows 8 was preinstalled.

Open up command prompt and enter in Shutdown.exe /r /o once the computer has shutdown you should get a prompt to Refresh your computer.
