if i do clean installation then the setup will ask product key.

Can i use the same product key of this laptop. because this is a genuine windows activated.

it says i should have at least 2gb of ram which i have.

I have 2gb of ram when i saw in system properties. but besides it written only 1.84gb is usable..

but in windows update, available updates are not downloading, the green is only moving left to right.
