Error installing .NET 4.8 on Windows Server 2016

Hi Sysnative

I have seen in other posts on this site that you have been able to assist users who have experienced issues installing .NET 4.8. I have tried many different solutions but am unable to get past the error which is

Exe (D:\8af9a0d4bb301ce2053814\x64-Windows10.0-KB4486153-x64.cab) failed with 0x80092004 - Cannot find object or property. .

I have tried out the SFCFix tool but it did not detect any errors.
