In 2.5" HDDs, in which year was the technology introduced to park the heads after the eject command to safely remove hardware in Windows and without disconnecting the USB cable after ejection? I use a USB3.0 enclosure case + 2.5" HDD

Does the brand, model and chip of the USB3.0 enclosure case influence the parking of the 2.5" HDD + USB3.0 case heads after ejecting to safely remove hardware in Windows and without disconnecting the USB cable after ejection?
