Hmm, in the collected files that I'm reasonably familiar with/experienced in, I'm not seeing anything I could directly link to Explorer crashes. The System looks pretty clean.


For a Device Manager cleanup, I'd want to see the 2x non-installed devices updated, USB (3?) and SM Bus controller (the latter should install with updated chipset drivers from Intel).


I see what looks like a Google Update crash during the (then) current session; I'd backup Bookmarks and saved passwords, uninstall Chrome, reboot and reinstall the latest version.


There's a .dll I'm not familiar with loaded, it appears to be part of, probably, an MSI motherboard utility. These types of utilities are often problematic for a number of users; for troubleshooting purposes, it's better to uninstall the utility - some info here, I don't see it listed in Start/Programs: icclibdll_x64.dll - Should I Block It? (MD5 105cfe016ccb20175beacec146f175ab)




I think we need someone more comfortable with scanning the EVTX logs and WER section to look in - they make me go cross-eyed, any takers?
