Find which gpu is being used

Hi,

I have a notebook with 2 graphics card. One is Intel HD 4000 other is Nvidia GT 740M.
I have set default gpu as nvidia for all desktop applications.
However the Geforce Gpu usage icon showing only 3 applications and 0 screen.

When I right click and exe it shows nvidia as default gpu.
How to be sure if applications are using nvidia or intel?
