After looking at your Speccy log, I double-checked the MiniToolbox log and see you have both AVG and Microsoft Security Essentials. Please only run one antivirus software as you can experience conflicts with multiple A/V programs. Note also that there are two versions of AVG listed in installed programs. If you wish to continue using Microsoft Security Essentials, note that it has been updated to Version 4 (Version 3 was an in-house version and wasn't released to the public). You should see an update for MSE in Microsoft Updates. Please select one antivirus program and remove the other, including the older version of AVG.
