[SOLVED] Getting Error: 0x80073701

Hello!

I have Widows Server 2016 Standard where I cannot install updates. I get 0x80073701 error

also i get -

C:\Windows\system32>dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

[===========================99.2%========================= ]
Error: 0x800f081f

this doesn't look like my previous registry corruption errors

Could you please help me fix this?
