GPEdit only supports Windows 7 Pro/Enterprise. Installing it on Starter/Home Premium is not supported and I doubt anyone here will be willing to help.


Anyway - "tadjust qos bandwidth for more internet speed". Err... that's not really how that works. The default QoS settings in Windows shouldn't need touching. If you're thinking of these instructions: Increase bandwidth by disabling QoS in Windows 7 | Lazy Geek -:), that won't make much difference if any - it would probably make things worse. Windows is designed by people who know what they're doing, and Group Policy is a pretty fickle thing anyway!
