I think I explained it earlier, that that is exactly what I want to do. But to install Linux it is neccessary to create a source from where I made the installation.

I explained also that i couldn't find a tool that makes a bootable partition on a external harddrive from where I can make the installation.

The tools that I found working just with USB-Sticks. But I want it on my external harddrive. I had no problems to create Paritions with Windows Installation Files.

I think it must be possible with Linux too.
