Hello,

First, I googled for about 2 days and nights and tried a lot of things  (disabling Powermizer via Regedit and/or manager, I've set the drivers  to "Maximum Performance" ...)

I just bought a GT 730 (only game I play is "Star Trek Online"/DirectX  11, so not more power needed). After installing the 347.25 driver, I had  awesome FPS in this game (up to 75 FPS on max-graphicsettings). But -  when start Bluestacks, play Youtube-videos or Windows plays any sounds:

The FPS in the game are going down from 75 FPS to 5 FPS, while the sound  is playing. So I checked system with LatencyMon, while the  NVIDIA-Drivers where installed and the Onboard-Soundcard was activated:

As you see, the timers are aweful. Then I checked the Ressources and found this:

5 things sharing the same IRQ!? Disabling the Onboard-Soundcard didn't  help. Of course it was not using the IRQ, but the latency was still the  same.

Uninstalling the NVIDIA-Drivers - Windows installed the  Standard-VGA-Driver and the latency was gone. But of course the  performance was gone aswell.

But the GT 730 had no IRQ ...

Any idea how to fix that? Oh, my system... Dell Optiplex 755, Windows 7 Professional. BIOS A22 (same problem with BIOS A09)
