1. At room temperature let the batter rest for half an hour.
2. Cut the apples without the core into slices about 0.5/7 mm.
3. Mix some regular flour with white sugar and cinnamon, and take the apple slices through this mix so that the flour-mixture adheres well on the apple slices.
4. Use two spoons to pass the apple slices through the batter, and turn it arround in the core hole with a smal film of the batter before lowering the apple slice into the fryer....
5. Just bake the fritters 4 to 5 munites on each side at 175/180 degrees max.
