Package shipments are up across the board this year along with the rates.
And that is with less Amazon packages in the system(due to Amazon starting there own delivery service)
Don't look for it to get better anytime soon.
USPS is now delivering on Sunday( I got regular mail and a package this Sunday) heck last night the mailman was here at 8 PM in the dark........
