Maintenance costs and down time are way up with the EGR valve, EGR Cooler, particulate trap/catalytic convertor issues and all the modules in these trucks today there is a real lack of decent well trained mechanics to work on them, with autonomous braking, front and side looking radar units audible warnings for following too close, lane change warnings front, inside and side looking cameras these are probably the safest trucks have ever been but it's' coming at a cost.
