Well its now 7 days from the original purchase (4 business days). UPS states it will be delivered Tuesday Oct 27 (2 days ago) and Newegg cannot refund the item because it is sitting at UPS so all they can do is cancel the shipment and wait until UPS returns it to them and I am supposed to believe this? Both parties claim the other guy has it and for the life of me I can't see why UPS doesn't ship it since that is their primary business and they have been paid to do so according to Newegg. In the meantime I bought a similar case from Amazon where I have real tracking and it shows it will be here Friday (tomorrow), because I still have a pc to build. So I am to wait for my refund until UPS returns something they say they don't have, yeah I don't think so. Disputed the purchase with Chase credit card and wrote nice account for Resellerratings to post!
