Update 5: I went back and replaced the old 11/29 COMPONENTS hive with the most recent one we have been using.
OK, so it's really looking like the COMPONENTS hive registry is the issue. It's looking like it's having trouble retrieving the Canonical Data Keys... Is this repairable? Should I make a new thread asking for help repairing the registry hive?
